The arrow of the callout bubble near the "Recently active topics" control on a Flow page points the wrong way in RTL wikis when hovering.

This is probably because of data-tooltip-pointing="right" in handlebars/flow_board_navigation.partial.handlebars.

Unfortunately I don't know Handlebars. How to get Handlebars to set this variable according to the page's direction?
