If it's possible to make a contribution in a namespace, then it should be possible to filter for those contributions in [[Special:Contributions]]. At the moment, on en.wp, the Draft: space is not present.

It works for me today, and I think this get filed under PEBKAC: It's available if you scroll down. It's not clear to me why Firefox doesn't have a larger window (or a visible scroll bar) in the dropdown menu, but it's there. Thanks for encouraging me to re-check this.
