Oh, one more thing. The work described above is not blocked on T225499 the advanced filters work for mobile.
In other words, if this is a non-interwiki title or a local in-farm interwiki link, then we redirect normally, over HTTP. In case of truly external links (not in-farm interwikis), we render an interstitial page.
Change 523700 merged by Vgutierrez:
[operations/puppet@production] lvs: Fix icinga checks for ncredir and ncredir-https
Reviewing the changes, they've removed several IPv4 addresses from the list. There are no new IPv4 addresses.
After investigating these list views today, I've come to these conclusions:
Checked on the db and the username seems ok:

Strictly speaking it doesn’t, because Wikibase JavaScript code is explicitly not a stable interface according to the Stable Interface Policy. If you’ve already done the investigation, I guess it makes sense to notify those users, but on the other hand I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to treat the JavaScript code as if it’s more-or-less stable…
@Krinkle Good to know for next time.

[operations/puppet@production] ATS: add support for atsmtail systemd services
Thanks @Jdlrobson for reviewing quickly. One derived task has already been identified in T228100: Errors in mobile editor preview appear unstyled and are not obviously errors.
Filed T228159 as follow up.
The icon should certainly be visible, this constraint should be two constraints to be correct. You can only make one qualifier mandatory at a time (it’s not a “mandatory qualifiers” constraint).
Out of despair I have now cherry-picked the first change. Probable after this was merged the follow up commit can also be cherry-picked to avoid conflicts. Thanks to all.
@Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE we will need your help for a quick look at what might be wrong with the mentioned constraint.. specifically to understand whether the icon should really be visible after all, or whether it is just appearing shortly due to some other reason (other than a violation).

One option is to link to the sign up form. It's just a form, so it doens't look like our website, but it doesn't look like another website either.
Another option is to create a landing page, which gives us more options, like adding pictures.

Thanks for the advice! We will fix it :)
@nray If I were able to, I'd add another gold medal token for your dev notes. Excellent!
It probably need an announcement.

[operations/puppet@production] mariadb: Remove puppet mysql grants for m1 misc databases
@Iniquity Those look very good already! Thanks to your input there's one more patch pending in OOUI reflecting padding amendment in Style Guide https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/oojs/ui/+/523337/
Well, it sounds like the need has arisen already (T223792: Extend mw.wikibase.getEntity lua function to allow accessing Structured Data on Commons items).
You can find a new repository here: https://github.com/Leloiandudu/Fountain, but I'm not sure about the availability of documentation. I found only a very old draft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Fountain.
This is done, for the rest we have the parent task.
Could also confirm all puppet grants (mysql database is understood, of course) on puppet database are no longer needed? You can find it on the misc production grants.
@Volker_E Help advice. Should we use an old paddings or a new one?
@ItSpiderman: Is there more left to do here? If not, feel free to set the status of this task to resolved. Thanks!
I don't see how/why this has been prioritized hence resetting
Choosing "Firma" disables the membership type option "Aktive Mitgliedschaft".
@Jsalsman: I know absolutely nothing about "graphics standards for colorblindness compatibility" and I wonder why you think that I would and I do not understand most of the stuff that you've been writing here (which makes me also wondering if there is a big XY problem in this task). Cheers :)

The database should all be ephemeral data about past server state, so no need to retain, but adding @akosiaris for confirmation given he's the primary upstream author.
This seems stalled, is there anything I can do to help?

[mediawiki/core@wmf/1.34.0-wmf.14] Revert "RedirectSpecialPage: handle interwiki redirects."
We should add a regression test for this case here
Design Style Guide part covered in https://github.com/wikimedia/WikimediaUI-Style-Guide/pull/218.
No, that seems more like etcd needs cleanup to me.
@Esanders - what's the final copy?
update, after merging the last patch, trying to check the lifecycle of the control plane:
Nice catch @Esanders
