A Tone Check PoC is available and has been available for testing via various patch demos for some months now. Tone Check is also available for testing on any Wikipedia now as well: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Edit_check#Testing_Tone_check

Annotool instances were prepared for the languages Tone Check (v1) will support.
We ended up using Annotool (T392324) and mw:Edit check/Tone Check/Model Evaluation to enable volunteers to review v1 of the Tone Check model. Findings from this review can be seen here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Edit_check/Tone_Check#Volunteer_evaluation
I think we can consider work on this task complete.
Initially, Tone Check will support the following five languages: English, French, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The Editing and ML Teams conducted the pre-mortem and integrated the outcomes we reached into development plans.
If a link starts with a prefix that is both a namespace name and an interwiki prefix you can end up on the right wiki but the wrong page.
Hi @egardner, I have drafted the instrumentation spec and measurement plan for our discussion next week.
