As you might have noticed, we ended up with multiple reports and 3!! patch submissions for this, and I picked the one that I though was most ready to merge. The next patch release of 1.45 should fix this problem for all Postgres users.

While similar, they are not all the same. If you look at the commits tab, you'll see that they each contain a different number of commits. #2558 contains the commits from #2557 and #2559 contains the commits from #2558 and #2557. This is because GitHub isn't good at displaying stacked PRs, where one PR is based on another PR. Gerrit is way better at handling this without this confusion (/me looks longingly at his long-lost love, Gerrit!).
In the GitHub Changes tab you can select which commits you want to see in the diff if you are interested in only the changes that are part of that PR.

Update: wbEntity appears in the inspect element tab when I open a MediaInfo page, so yeah, it really is a frontend rendering bug. At this point, I'm just lost.
@VRiley I think there is a slight mix-up with frqueue1005 and frqueue1006. These are new unprovisioned servers racked in E15, however they will be part of the fundraising vlan and so will need to go into rack E16 with the other frqueue hosts instead.
