OK, I think I know the problem. The lists on commons:Commons:Upload tools/wgCopyUploadsDomains.json and commons:User:CommonsMaintenanceBot/wgCopyUploadsDomains.json have not been updated since 2019-12-06, presumably because someone shut off a bot. Probably an issue worthy of another thread, but I don't blame myself for overlooking it.
