@Ladsgroup i don't know what is the exact problem is but the xtools.wmflabs.org does not recognize the project. it shows an error message like:
"ckb.wiktionary.org is not a valid project"

@TheresNoTime , the reason why i provided long-going explanation was to cover up any necessary questions with it, i believe i answered your concerns, we're not restricting anything to begin with, we're updating old procedures that used to create an article, for example as i said above, 1.imagine there is a new user just registered on ckbwiki, 2. wants to create an article, but unaware/inexperience of our policies and guidelines, it's an absolute beginner who just started, doesn't know anything about Wikipedia.

1. Completely De-index the namespace which means not even magic words can index it.
2. Enable both Visual/source editor.

the video shows that the user wants to publish an article the content and title is on ckb language, but when you publish the article the article's Title will be published on English language instead of ckb language

Hello @AntiCompositeNumber according my understanding on the discussion the i started with the community; community wants to have each rights separately, which means deleting AutoPatrol permission in the reviewer group as well as other permissions such as ("Patrol","unwatchedpages") Permissions.

i thought it will be ok since we already have autopatrol-perm in there. but i will ask for it again.

Confirming that i face the same Problem everytime when i update the table i created (link) needless to say the table also exists on other wikis --> (Simple, Ks)
