A second track was planned and completed.

Two sites were made under Culture crawl.

There were several activities under "Related activities" at Wikimania.

Culture crawl is ready for evaluation and follow-up.

There were volunteers on three of four tracks of the Culture crawl. There have been dashboards added to the website (see afternoon edit-a-thon): https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2019:Related_activities/Culture_Crawl

The response I got from the Nobel Prize Museum is that we also could use the same laureates to work within the edit-a-thon at the end of the Culture crawl. I haven't got any response from using the names on the rooms.

Made an inquiry on the "month's assignment" on Swedish Wikipedia for help about what to write about at the end stop edit-a-thon

UE confirmed the role as a workshop leader. We still need to clarify work description and what is included in the offer.

Skansen have confirmed 60 persons and a gudied walk in Baltic Sea Science Center with some material to start to work with.

We are still waiting for the third speaker to answer.

Supporters added. NM can be changed from Supporter to Partner (with logo).

An email has been sent to the speakers of the day. With questions about how they would like to be described by the conference host. This could be useful also on the web. There is no need for time slots on this page at this time.

Title and short descriptions are added to the Wikimania website.

We could also add "supporters" from Related activities with only text and a link.

We need an image for social media when we announce the workshop

The Goto 10 – Annexet is reserved for a workshop Monday 26 August between 09.00 and 16.00 – this event will take place in September.

Still work in progress. I move it back again.

Some problems with uploading a template that says "Trademark". Probably need to upload depending templates.

Room Andromeda is booked and an email is sent to the restaurant Fossilen about fika with cinnamon rolls.

I can take contact with MP and ask about some suggestions. So I just want to keep you updated.

I think we can help the institutions with suggestions. Perhaps we can ask for a sparql request in Wikidata find relevant tasks?

Have added this sentence: Through free licenses and the possibility of crowdsourcing, data can be added and corrected for a long time. The improved metadata, for example through translations into several languages, can then be returned to the institutions.

First reminder sent to all recipient (except one). There are some "out of office" so the next step is to phone them.

We have received an offer and we have replied. Following up with a telephone call if there are some more questions.

Also add a table with "Supporters". No logotype but perhaps can they be linked to their website?

Two of the logotypes are in blur when adding them to the website. Try to fix this in an editing program.
