I can scoot after the donor portal piece, but I am interested in email flow
now, so it may be helpful context for me to pick up, even if I am not
contributing directly or able to plot solutions with you.

I think I should join. BUT I also think that if we do a geography check on
the portal before sharing the link, we can push this off until V2 or once
we have better options.

@PPenloglou-WMF and @RLopez-WMF are coordinating on the template build and it is expected before 03/02

Scoping work/reassessed need: transactional messaging without any marketing/solicitation message, one email per session, not per action, and text-first, low-design, low-change templates so we have optimized for So we optimize for few templates, reusable variables and stable phrasing.

@K3vnhill had discussions with Mariana re: audience needs. We will begin discussions late Q3 - Asana updated accordingly. I believe there will be subtasks as we ascertain more about the long-term vision of for Audience. Interim work will include moving tags into fields.

They are unable to see if there is an active recurring donation on the
records - it doesn't matter if it is monthly or annual - they need to see
if there is an active recurring, and they can't see it when they are merged.

When emails are sent out of Civi, we don't receive tracking information the same way we do when emails are sent out of acoustic. Will check with Lars and Quim.

@CaitVirtue - I am looking at old phabs, and am wondering if you received this feature, and we can close this, or you no longer wish to pursue this feature at this time. Could you please update so I can prioritize the backlog?

@Aklapper - I am going through older phabs that relate to Civi to assess the work ahead. Several of these subtasks have been addressed - could you please weigh in if this task is the same ask from 2012? Can we close this?
