Update: the networks started charging us penalties for trnxs not canceled within 72 hrs. Donor Services won't have the bandwidth to look at these, let alone cancel them individually/manually. I'm talking to Ingenico about the possibility of creating a batch cancel at the console, but not sure its possible. An API that runs automatically and cancels unsettled requests every 60 hrs would be a better option. Could we look into this anytime soon?

@awight PP EC seems to be a better experience overall (UI, reporting, and support), so we can start with JP/JPY (or any convenient country) and open it up to all countries when we feel comfortable with it.

@Ejegg I don't remember intentionally changing it, so I support keeping an interstitial page alerting donors to the currency conversion- that's a better and more clear flow.

I can ask them about it, but I'm not sure this would be the best option (and I think there's a reason for the current flow).

@Nirzar Correct, AFAK we have very little input on iframe apart from removing fields, but that would be a @Ejegg question.

Was thinking on the card buttons... they do look better, but do we need to keep the 'radio' button at all? Couldn't we just add a bigger version of the card icon, and make them blue to show selection? I think it would be even sleeker :)

Yes, its currently called Ingenico Connect (old NAMI) and the guides should be within the current console. Let me know when this is planned to start and I can get more info from Ingenico when needed.

AFAK this can be controlled by us if we use a different kind of integration, like Client side encryption (Adyen) or Silent post (WP). I dont remember whats called in Ingenico. That's why we engaged this companies to eventually have control over this part of the form. We are currently blocked by our current PCI set up.

Adyen does not support iframes, and we knew it from the time we first integrated with them. We have tailored their hosted page into looking like an iframe so that it would be similar to GC for testing purposes, but the intention here is to integrate further into their Client side encryption in the future.

Confirmed shop only uses the regular email client

As Victoria explained on ticket T92438, the rename of the Store was part of a bigger revamp that included new website branding, social media, new merchandise and new engagement projects. The name change had the goal of improving brand recognition and getting more eyes in the store, so that we can actually sell enough merchandise to support its engagement projects. The changes that were made have been crucial to the success of the store. Previously, the store did not sell enough merchandise to support its engagement projects.

Paypal double checked this information and they show that all payments, specifically for the time period of February 2013 to current, have all completed successfully to Wikimedia. I have attached a log of payments made that includes dates, times and amounts provided by Paypal here.
