That's right! Some tools from the article might still be relevant, but the target audience for these videos would be technical contributors from smaller language wikis. For example, the tools in the following resource https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Small_wiki_toolkits/Starter_kit/Bots_and_Tools#List_of_useful_tools might be the place to start with.
