The way this is written conveys where should new features generally be placed. If the intention is to get feedback of the entry point being with reading lists, then this point needs to be clearer. Also you can see an example from Olga where she asked "where do you expect to find the feature" which touches on discoverability which we covered in awareness without it blowing up the scope of the task of asking about overall navigation of the app.
