What about error 403? https://en.wikipedia.org/.htaccess https://fr.wikipedia.org/.htaccess https://jbo.wikipedia.org/.htaccess It appears that there isn't a custom 403 page, just the Apache default, which is always English and isn't localized.

I have a suggestion related to Incubator: stop limiting the language codes to 3 characters. That way, IETF language code support would be vastly improved.

- Will "Wikipedia" (and the wordmark) be replaced with "Wikibooks", "Wiktionary", etc.?
- Will this be subject to i18n (example (jbo): "le se kansa lo 500: da pu naldrani i ko za'u re'u troci ba po'o")?

Just remove the code that collapses the issue boxes and make mobile readers see the same boxes as desktop readers.

Would it be okay to use aa.wikibooks (or another closed project) as a temporary test wiki? As it would be temporary, account creation would be enabled, but SUL would not be set up until the proposal is approved and we get a permanent domain name.
Incubator only allows new languages, not whole new projects.

After renaming foundationwiki, we should enable use of LDAP accounts on there.
Why can't we just merge it into Meta-Wiki?

19 support, 2 oppose is not "unlikely to be approved".
That screenshot is old. Ur.wiki changed their wiki.png to use a fancy font for the wordmark and replaced the new logo with the old one in the process.
