@Mattflaschen-WMF since I think most (if not all) new users were receiving a welcome message in their talk pages, I imagine there must be little difference, and @Vriullop suggestion would be OK (a slightly larger subset of pages) as far as it is technically viable.

Thanks @Trizek-WMF . I'll open another task. So far the discussion was for new users...
Dear all, if still possible I would also request Flow to be activated in newcomers user talk pages, as commented in the cawiki thread. If preferable, I can open another task... And, just curiosity, is it possible for older users to enable this in their talk pages, archiving previous version? Thanks!

Thanks @Mattflaschen-WMF , Wikipedia talk namespace (which hosts pages such as editathons) already has Flow enabled for new pages. However, it was considered that also having Flow enabled in this other namespace could be of great benefit for encouraging contributions and discussion from newcomers.

Hello, would it be possible to enable it in beta cluster cawiki soon for starting some tests?

Solved. @Vriullop pointed me that the necessary page is: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Visualeditor-cite-tool-definition.json&action=edit

Thanks Mvolz! I see the problem now, templatedata content was actually in doc pages, which I didn't include. Now it's solved and I understand this. I think with this I can advance. On the other hand, I noticed that 'Website' option does not appear in 'Manual' option of Cite popup. How do I make it appear?
