I don't see how anything is solved here. Looking at my contributions or my watchlist I still see the tag ''(Markierung: Hochladeassistent)'' on yellow background near todays uploads. Note that the tag is translated to german, since I've set that language on commons.

Could this be a problem with chunked uploads? With chunked uploads enabled, only 3 of 13 files succeeded to upload, these three were below 5 MB. After disabeling chunked uploads, all 13 files succeeded.
