@Eugene233 and @Anthere I have tried to tidy up as best I can the Page Elements Document. In doing so I have changed the colour coding for the cells, see the desc above or the Legend sheet on the page elements doc. I have also resolved any old comments and added new ones where there is some issue or a decision needs to be made.
