Things are getting misrepresented, hence forth only mr-wiki sysops will communicate community decesion and no one else .Community discussion is not over still in process and can take quite a long time.

Glaisher' suggession " We could simply enable uploads now and revert it later on ~7th June." would be ok for us. If we fail to revert in june need not be a big fuss. Awareness is a issue local community can and need to handle in many different ways.
