@EYener there are quite a few actually. if you take a peek into our stats sheet, you'll notice a few segments that have an unusually high number of blocks (column J) compared to most of the other segments within the same cluster of sends.

FWIW, I took a look at our unique opens vs our total opens and this little blip did show up but it seems it was only for this one user as the difference is only higher by ~1k so nothing concerning. It happens quite often with some of our sends. I noticed this donor also has a fairly unique email client so it might just be email client behavior.

some more context provided by Kristie (and tagging in @MBeat33 if you can provide even more), this issue happened before a few years ago and a fix was put in place. could the updates to Civi have caused this fix to break in some way?

Just spoke with Nora on the Civi call - big green light to get rid of the subsidiaries column and _only_ the subsidiaries column. All the other columns are fine.

From my understanding, the only usable columns we have that can be pulled into the email automation are:

Hi all - looks like IBM hit another snag during the civi export/import. The database upload is showing the same file being uploaded for both the contact source and unsubscribes since 10/21 (file name: DatabaseUpdate-20181221081750.csv and Unsubscribes-20181221081750.csv). Please let me know if any further info is needed on my end.
