@Geonuch From my understanding, confirmed group also requires admin individual validation (and thus, differentiated it from autoconfirmed group). Currently Thai Wikipedia has no user with confirmed group.

Thanks for pointing it out. Removed the problematic word. Seems unreasonable to detect a short word which can easily go wrong.

The filter is intended to detect malicious word in edit summary, so I'm not sure why it block page move. (Auto-generated page move edit summary isn't in the filter.)

I've disable the abuse filter in question and made it public for further review. Please feel free to make any changes.

I've already looked in translatewiki. It can change some appearance, but not the namespace itself. I have created a thread there, and a user recommend asking here https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Translate_namespace.
