This shouldn't be a bikeshed discussion. We should use terminology that is clear, succinct, and literal.

Can we also stop using the pejorative term “Spam”. Instead of “Spam blacklist” it should be something like “External Link blocklist” or “Link deny list”. Stuff ends up on that list for a variety of reasons, not always spam. Use neutral wording that is clear, and doesn’t insult anyone.
