Yes, we have the Catalan one, which has a wide arrange of functionalities. Different solutions can exist in different wikis for this, in the Basque one the code itself works, there should be another way to do it in FR wiki, and should be documented.

I think you are right, there also other members that don't fit into that file name, those of arrondissements and some cantons. However, we can leave those for a second round if needed.

As far as I know, all data pages are now categorized at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Tabular_data_of_demography_of_France. There may be a few that weren't done, but I haven't found those.

All the .tab files have been uploaded to Commons, and now I'm adding the categories using Cat-a-lot, which is faster than adding those with the bot (it would take another 10 hours).

It seems that the best architecture would be calling only once a core .js which loads other modules, using only .js and .css. They should be called with a template.
