this shouldn't be marked as a bug to be fixed, but rather a bug to be solved by the user by installing the required module.

@Volker_E so the target of the task changes to removing this separator completely, right? :)
@Nikerabbit theoretically, would replacing all internationalized separators with CSS ones work?
@Nikerabbit do you think there is any need to have separator internationalizable?

It actually is here:
I've fixed everything that was mentioned and also improved capitalizations of letters for chart types.

Fixed!
I've finally found the cause of this problem! It's because Title::getArticleID() returns Title::mArticleID which is... 0 and this makes Title::exists() return false!
The problem is not only with wgRestrictionEdit but with Move and Upload one too:
Here's the code that is eventually adding $wgRestrictionEdit to vars:
\new Staff {
\time 6/8
\clef treble
\set Score.tempoHideNote = ##t
\tempo Allegro
\transpose d c { \relative c'' {
\partial 8 a8\pp\upbow | fis4( d8) d4( d8-.) | fis4( g8) a( g fis) | g4( e8) e4( e8-.) | g4( a8) b( a g) |
fis4( d8) d4( d8-.) | d'4( d8-.) cis( b a) | g4( e8) e4( e8-.) | e'4( d8) cis( b a) |
} }}
\new Staff {
\time 6/8 \tempo Vivace d'4(\f e'8) f'4( f'8-.) | e'4( c'8) d'4( d'8-.) | e'4( f'8) g'8([ f'8 e'8]) | d'4. d'4( d'8-.) | e'4( f'8) g'4( g'8-.) | a'4( a'8-.) e'8([ d'8 c'8]) | d'4( c'8) b8([ a8 g8]) | a4( b8) c'4( e'8) \bar "||" \time 9/8 d'4. d'4. e'4. | c'4. a4( b8) c'8([ b8 a8]) | d'4. d'4. e'4. | f'4( e'8) d'4( c'8) b8([ a8 g8]) \bar "."
}

Work in progress:
\new Staff {
\time 3/4 | a''2^"arco"( c''4) | g''2( c''4) | f''4( a'4 b'4) | c''4( g''4 c'''8[ b''8]) | a''2( c''4) | g''2( c''4) | f''4( a'4 b'4) | c''2 r4
}

@Samwilson should MediawikiApi::logWarnings() look for warnings recursively? Or maybe look firstly on the top level, then go deeper? I think that:

We can debug this issue using Chrome's CSS media emulator:
I couldn't find a simple and browser-compatible way to fix this issue, so I'm just pushing a change to display: none it.

Okay, I did some basic research on that topic. This is the place where wfWaitForSlaves() was deprecated: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki/commit/fedfee628c377eeea0453ed82af02b6878bd525b
Update:
I replaced these two buttons and the textarea to OOUI, I'm pushing it to Gerrit. If something's wrong, tell me!

If you'll decide that the links should stay, above is the commit that had done this.
That said, I don't understand why we link at all.

I'm not exactly sure what should be done about this task. If I undestand it correctly, there should be added GENDER macros to internationalization strings so that the translatewiki will give people the ability to internationalizate these strings, right?
There is a small debate about the message that should be used. Surely Dbrant suggested "This is the first/last occurence" but it indeed is to be discussed, as Florian didn't like it. I think that It already is the first/last occurence. would be the most accurate.
