This task does not explain the expected outcome and why pressing Ctrl+U should allow entering Unicode characters (somehow).

I don't know how wikibugs works exactly but https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikibugs#Functions states that it polls. Could it simply poll less often?

Ideally, exact and clear steps to reproduce should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret those steps) and see the same results. Problems that others can reliably reproduce can get fixed faster. Thanks!

Sounds like T139396: "AphrontDuplicateKeyQueryException" when trying to drag a task from (sub-project) column to other column on parent workboard hence merging
