Just few clarifications:

I see that some examples still need to be updated.
@Izno Correct me if I'm wrong but the TemplateStyle is a recent feature able to handle a CSS set of rules that can be shared between all template calls, but that can't be used to declare on runtime a CSS rule.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far I can see the unique "big" logical problem here is that actually we have not a clear idea about a timezone input. Once we have designed that timezone input picker, all the logical problems are gone. Isn't it?

I've found where this variable is defined:

Hoping to give additional visibility to this problem, I've documented this variable here:

It happened again. I can confirm that the add flag (for labels and descriptions) is ignored when other claims are created in the same API request.

Here to report the same experience, happened yesterday.

@Huji is right. Anyway we can also try to achieve this using the CASE structure instead of the IF function.

Good job @Daimona.

Thanks @Aklapper, you well summarized. I've added a use case directly from the task description.

Thinking on it generically, the problem is that we shouldn't rely on [[MediaWiki:Createacct-helpusername]]. If it's customizable it means that it shouldn't break the alignment when longer than the expected by the web designer.
(...and now the funny part: for years people insanely cared a lot about supporting ancient insecure versions of Internet Explorer :^)

I still don't find consistence between the fix and mine old debugged sandbox patch, that I re-report:
That have sense, but...

As reported here, something is not working. Try this code in the Lua console:
= require('Module:Wikidata label')._getLabel('Q123', 'en') = require('Module:Wikidata label')._getLabel('Q321', 'en')

@MZMcBride Have you tried this simple solution? :) It disables the immediate rollback action but you have not to confirm every rollback action in the same page.

Ah-AH! I'm in now.
So I have the reverse question. If PHP arrays are translated to Lua's multiple returns, what is the way to create this Lua structure from PHP?

Also here a Debian jessie with Piwikibot 3.0.20170521 (21 Mai 2017) and still had this intermittent problem.
