Inspected the page. This is indeed the intended behavior: languages which produce audios files get this tag and value. Sign languages get another value.

How to approach it ?
Language page contains the iso-639-3 code, upon which we name our Commons category.
So the creation of that property's value is a direct concatenation of Lingua Libre pronunciation-+ ISO-639-3.
HTML5, in page processing:
@Pamputt, there is a post-recording, in webpage option for fade-in fade-out. This does not modifies the audio file, which had both advantages and inconvenients.
@Poslovitch, you seemed knowledgeable on this issue. What do you think.
- Aren't they already following us via lingualibre.org/datasets/ page ?
- Should we send them periodical update ? (Like I do for INALCO Université)
@Pamputt : how should I test this issue. I'am pretty sure you will hit my fingers if I do it my way 😆
I just checked to be sure. "Start a new discussion" button now works everywhere.
See:
I think I misread the grammar of this question.

@MichaelSchoenitzer : we are leading a cleaning and paid developers will look on various issues on LL. Could you confirm this bug still occurs ?
I will clase this issue since it's core question (automatic periodicity) is resolved.
Any idea how you would approach that ? Do you want to check somehow if it was already uploaded to the page ? If you extant the period, doesn't it risk to add several times the same item to the target wikipage ?
Damn. I marked it as solved. Sorry. cc: @Seb35
Assessment and fixes are underway. One update have been done, 13 languages got updated. More to come.
This issue seems outdated. The new logo is HD raster, which seems enough. Can we close it ?
Vector depends on [https://github.com/lingua-libre/operations/blob/master/mediawiki-config/LocalSettings.php /operations/mediawiki-config/LocalSettings.php] > [https://github.com/lingua-libre/operations/blob/master/mediawiki-config/LocalSettings.php#L149 this line] :
wfLoadSkin( 'Vector' );
Maybe passing it it false ? or neutralizing it.

Boldly adding Documentation per last comment.

There is a de facto, well understood convention which use the term comment for free fields.

If this is something similar to T234743: User rights validation is sometimes malfunctioning (with FlaggedRevs only?), then maybe you are getting the user limits (on some edits only) instead of the patroller limits. If you have more tasks lined up, can you hit the limit and then manually test a few times whether you are being reliably throttled?

Do you have a ratio ? How many of your files are squeezed ? I recommended Luilui6666 to wait we solve this issue before resuming recordings. There is an important workshop on October 17th in Paris, with the leading language university. Would be good if this issue is solved before that.

You can mix 2 and 3. Search, and if found, pretend the file failed to
record (redish ending) and suggest rerecording over. No ?
On the UX side, the user will just see and understand the recording he just
made failed.

I simply copy-pasted the content of the etherpad with some new content, into this issue. Sorry for your contents >__< Could you fish them back, add them to the etherpad and here ?

The space key pauses the recorder. Then, maybe the click on play symbol can pause the recorder as well, and end of play can turn it back on.
If not possible, use an higher definition png. The current one is easily pixelized.

This issue seems ready to be closed thanks to @0x010C . Isn't it ?
@Lea_Lacroix_WMDE, could you clarify the mission ? There are already at least 50+ languages opensource frequency lists. We havent integrated them on LL. Which direction do you have in mind ?
Note: 0x10C started to use the iso code 639-3 mis in the page https://lingualibre.fr/datasets/.
