Thanks for these notifications @Niharika @Dzahn. I can confirm that the iegreview.wikimedia.org can be sunsetted. The Individual Engagement Grant (IEG) funding program is no longer maintained and relevant data and information from the service has already been integrated into Meta-wiki or otherwise exported for our own internal records. Need to check whether the error-not-logged-in parameter has been appropriately set for the relevant FormWizard config files. If has been set, then the parameter is not functioning as expected requires a more experienced developer than myself to evaluate.

IEG program and templates are deprecated, this issue no longer applies to grant templates.
