Hi John,
That's really helpful and useful, Liang. Thank you for doing that!
Amazing, Shani! Thank you!
Thank you for the quick response and getting this task done very quickly! I really appreciate your help.

Thanks for your dedication @JohnLewis. Please go ahead with your plan.
Thanks for suggesting @Shangkuanlc, and for creating, @FloorKoudijs!

@JohnLewis, Thanks for clarifying. Things are much clearer now.

Thanks for your input @Vojtech.dostal, @dungodung and @Josve05a.
Sure! I will work on it next week and will share any products with you!

Thanks for creating this task, Sara and moving forward with the Twitter account!
Thank you for completing this task, Sarah! I'm really excited about how the WEP communications is getting improved by your help!
Hi @RobH. I'm trying to get a solution from your previous comments, but this part is not very clear to me. Would you clarify it for me, please?
In T107445#1553768, @RobH wrote:As such, what you request would best use a bit more downtime. I'd advise renaming the list you want to be private from education-collab to education-collab-private, and migrate the entirety of the archives, and delete the old archives once migrated.
At this point we will have one list only, right? education-collab-private. And the archives will not be on it nor on anywhere, right? The archives will be lost.
Then, create an entirely brand new public education-collab mailing list and manually subscribe/open for subscripion/open archives/any combination of the previous to the new list.
If my assumption is correct, how is this different from keeping the list we have and deleting the old archives on it? And why do we need to create a new mailing list?
Thanks for your help!

@SaraMortsell Yes, please do!
I'd, personally, go for a "Wikipedia Education Program" account for some reasons. For example:
- More activity to post: if it's a WEP account there will be updates to post like 1-2 times per week while when it's a Collab account we will not find more than one update/month and the account will be less active.
- More general: WEP includes the Collab and its activity while the Collab doesn't include WEP.
Thanks for updating! Awesome as usual, @Walaa!
I don't understand what you mean by "make collaborative member list in the group"?
Sorry to hear that you're not able to join us but so happy that you'll be having nice time (hopefully) in Alcatraz!!! :D
I'd not encourage getting everyone subscribed to the Collab project on phabricator because subscribers get email messages for every change on every task gets changed which wouldn't be acceptable for everyone. I would suggest that we make sure everyone knows about the Phabricator project, gets signed up for Phabricator, and trained on using it, then they will have the choice whether to subscribe to the whole project or some tasks they're interested in only.
@Shangkuanlc Thanks for flagging this topic and discussing it with Anna. Floor and I have also been discussing it last week. I think it would be great to discuss it in our next online meeting which is held today to see how people are doing with Phabricator and whether the on-wiki task list should resign. I will send you an invitation for today's meeting now on your email. I hope you will be able to attend and sorry for the late notice.
Added to 10/5 Collab meeting agenda. Thanks, Anna!
@Shangkuanlc You are right. I will mark it resolved.
You are awesome, @Base!
Thanks for your comment, @Base. That's a good idea to be considered by the one who will claim this task: Marking major pages before minor ones.

Thanks for your effort in this task, @dungodung!
@Walaa, it seems that I don't understand the purpose of this task. Would you please clarify? Is it updating the program honor board page you linked here? Thank you!

Good suggestion. Created the two sub-tasks. Thanks, Shani!
@Esh77 and @Roxana if you will write two different posts, which I assume is the case here, I think we should have two different Phabricator tasks. You can add more clarification to the title. For example Shani changes the title of this one to "Contribute a post to next Education Newsletter about WEP Israel" while Roxana creates a new task entitled "Contribute a post to next Education Newsletter about WEP Uruguay" etc.
Hi Reem. Thanks for being able to do all this active mentoring work with Lamees. I'm glad to see that you're making progress!

Great plan, Shani. Please do it your way! ;)
Sep 22 2015
Hi Shani,
I have added a start and end date to the task. I think if we don't do this, this task will never get completed. We would better have a separate task for every quarter (three months).

Hi colleagues,
Sep 18 2015
Should Mailman send you, the list owner, any bounce messages that failed to be detected by the bounce processor? Yes is recommended.
@JohnLewis do you recommend changing it to "No" temporarily until the issue is solved?
Thank you for taking care of it, Eliza and John!
Sep 15 2015
Yes, let me explain how it worked:
Yes, I will add it now to our next online meeting agenda where we can figure out if it should be tackled in the in-person meeting or sooner :)
Thank you for working on this, Shani. I have added her as a watching member (a term that I have just invented) to the Collab mailing list. She is surely welcome to participate in online meetings and discussions.
