This is surprising - the same document is given under 3.0 / 4.0 by deutsche-digitale, yet here is Free Access/All right reserved.
Now, there is no doubt that I could find example with 3.0 / 4.0, but I am not sure anymore that such docs are available in one place, like in above mentioned library, where all these old newspapers are given in one place with same licence.
Here's what the Uni digital lib says:

@Aklapper you mean, not to post directly here? Of course, no problems! But out of curiosity - I came to this place for the first time, I mean with a previous post, but, essentially, I'm doing this for the first time, and I had no idea that, for some reason, I should have followed the link from there, if that's what you're telling me - that there is some reason why I need to follow the link from there next time ?

The same thing here : https://www.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/helios/digi/digilit.html
Helo, this was fast ...
It's obviously huge digital library, so probably they have various documents under various licences. But, they are serious institution, and they have a segment which is concerned with archiving an old documents, such as old newspapers under CC-Zero Zero Public Domain, "No Rights Reserved" - CC0; CC-BY Attribution - CC-BY (1.0 2.0 2.5 3.0 4.0); CC-BY-SA Attribution-ShareAlike, for instance like this: https://www.deutsche-digitale-bibliothek.de/item/NFQPZ6EGMGPTPQERVZVUR36UB5S2KDVG
Thanks, and take care.
