Continues to fail for me in India

Specifically, I noticed it because I observed error 500 when searching due to autocomplete not being able to reach the needed resource, and confirmed by navigating to the rest.php page directly which would give a message similar to what Ethnopunk posted above. I went through the dependancy chain and eventually traced it back to psr/httpmessage version 2.0 being upgraded.
For me, a workaround until 1.39.4 comes out was to add this to my composer.local.json file and running composer again:
"psr/http-message": "~1"

I would like to second this suggestions, I am interested in analyzing the response and usage of Indic language pages to important events - lag, growth and usage. It would be good to be able to add multiple articles from multiple languages even if they do not have a common Wikidata element - for instance it might be good to see in this case not just "2019-novel coronavirus" and its wikidata-matched entries but also just "coronavirus" - attaching an image just to be clear how it would ideally appear.

Also with https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:South_India_1854.jpg (the other files in this batch worked fine)

Now working! Thanks to the concerned developers/maintainers.

All zoomviewer links on commons fail to work - both non-flash and flash versions fail to produce zoomable views. Error messages dialog in non-flash version as mentioned above.

Which "resulting templates" are in English and when (in which step) / where to see that exactly?
Amir Aharoni mentioned in a personal discussion that this needs some server side fixes.

Userviews worked for 365 days quite reasonably and without any warnings/error messages today. The massviews link you gave worked even faster.

@MusikAnimal Yes, your query works. Perhaps as you say the issue is with bigger queries. I was using a 1 year time period which I have retried and it seems to get stuck presumably due to memory issues. (stops at "Processing page 1242 of 1414").

Thanks, the pages load on the new code site but it appears that clicking on the "add translation" has no effect, it puts in the original text as it is. Not sure if I need to do some additional settings (but I certainly have not checked the "Don't use machine translation".

See its use here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedia_logos
@Aklapper No, I only added some folks I saw on other rsvg font rendering bugs - I have no idea how this works - in the past I have had bug reports just ignored and then I was told I had to put in the relevant (how can I know who that is?!!) people into the assignee box... Have removed it since you are now aware of this report.
There seems to be a similar problem with Devanagari fonts. See for example https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Code2000_Devanagari_va%2Bi.svg
