Ad those above screenshots: I just wanted to post them as an update, showing how the overlay looks after the changes requested in the meeting were implemented. I'm still working on the return day one, but the rest of the mentioned points were acted on. @MMiller_WMF or @Trizek-WMF in case you have any comments before the checkin, feel free to comment.
Hi, is there still anything to do in this task?

Hmm, I don't see any issue:
Yes @Legoktm.

Hi there, I don't see any tox.ini file in your repo. You have configured CI to run tox, but not told tox what it should actually test. Inspire by labs/tools/watch-translations's tox.ini for instance.
@Etonkovidova Hi Elena, you write both - a mentor and a new mentee will resceive echo notifications - does that mean that both the mentor (old, or new one) and the mentee gets a notification? That's not the intended behaviour (at least as-of my code).

Is there anything else to do?
FTR, generated with this script
Fixed, thanks for your patience.
I've rephrased the error message.
Here you are. @MarcoAurelio, could you unblock 'em (or leave a message to the admins)?

Thank you! It's good to have the information in title, since that's what visible at dashboards, list of new tasks etc. I can see what the task is roughly about. In another words, task title is a summary of the description. Could you change the other tasks as well, please?
Ah, so this is about adding an alternative block source to GlobalBlocking, right?
Could I please ask for more specific task titles? Having task titled just "tags" doesn't tell anything to anyone, without knowing the details. Thank you!
Merging to T154421 since that one has (newer) patch.
I think this would be resolved with what I proposed at T229731: Global blocks: if an IP is within two ranges and one is locally disabled, GlobalBlock won't listen to the other one (CVE-2020-10534).

[mediawiki/extensions/GlobalBlocking@master] Improve -blocked-nopassreset message
I don't understand this task: can't third party wikis do https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&format=json&list=globalblocks, if they really want to?
It's probably not the best solution...but it works. Open to suggestions!
@Jcross Thanks for the explanation - was there any update with this patch?
Third time's the charm.

Will be deployed with the regular MW train.

It is all hands week now, and no deployments are allowed. Will be done next week, or the week after.

Thanks @Addshore. Guessing getWatchlist() is the bottleneck here?
