Just wanted to share that this is still occurring it's just now showing February 1st as the "billing date" for upcoming recurrences via PayPal.
I see we're changing the billing attempts for dLocal to 3 weeks total instead of 3 months now so this may no longer be an issue, but after speaking with @krobinson we thought it still may be good to note this example that has come in.

To test I just checked a random one by looking at all Adyen transactions and went back a few pages. It looks like it's still showing an error for transactions when they are newer. It's currently 1:45 PM EDT and the transaction 177687426.1 in Adyen that was settled at '13:09:51 EDT' for CID 59804907 shows an 'unable to reach the server error" when trying to look at their contribution in Civi.

Yes, it seems like the donations are accessible in Civi via the Contributions tab without the unable to reach server error eventually. Possibly after a few hours?

Just wanted to flag a thank you letter that came in this afternoon. It looks like the thank you letters in Portuguese when donors donate in USD (via PayPal) are displaying the currency a few different times as "USD US$" in the top line of the receipt and the footer is noted as "USD US$ 10,00 (USD)". Example is > CID 31734158 / Zendesk ticket 1318911
