@Theklan I've made some progress on this. The graphs on individual courses should be working now for all the langauges currently supported by the ORES articlequality model, including eu. The campaign graphs are probably still not reliable, but we'll hopefully get those ported over to the new graphing system soon.

The Wikidata WikiProject India page has gone 20 days without an update. This appears to be because new update jobs are not being enqueued in Sidekiq for it. After adding some debugging features for course data updates, I temporarily stopped the update queues, removed all courses from them, then cleared all sidekiq-unique-jobs keys from redis:
- bundle exec jobs expire (which deleted about 5000 keys, but apparently not the one blocking course 11168)
- bundle exec jobs del '*' (which deleted 3 more keys, and appears to have cleared the way for rescheduling an update for 11168)

@Rodelar have you tried using Programs & Events Dashboard for your editathons? Art + Feminism had good success with it this year for helping organizers set up a few hundred editathons in March, and it's possible to configure it so that it will only report stats on the set of articles you want to track. If it doesn't work for your use case, we're eager to identify how it can be improved, as editathon campaigns are a very common use case for it.

I think the new behavior isn't a significant problem; it'll only really be an issue for anyone who was relying on the old behavior (and we don't know of anyone else who was). It also isn't particularly a bug in the gem, which always returned a 404 code, and just switched to also returning the varnish HTML.

Ragesoss updated subscribers of T190450: Figure out how Varnish errorpage was enabled for empty 404 text/html from mw/index.php?action=raw.
The behavior change last week was not limited to JSON pages. My app uses the mediawiki ruby API gem's get_wikitext method, and it ended up posting the 404 html to nonexistent talk pages before I deployed the fix to how 404s are handled.

Whoops! Not sure how that slipped through. Fixed.
Ragesoss added a comment to T176051: Dashboard should prompt/automatically request IP throttle exemption.
The Dashboard now supports the account creator approach: if the program creator has account creator rights and enables the feature for that event, then users can enter their desired usernames and emails, and the person with account creator rights can process all these requests through the dashboard; the new users will get their account credentials by email, and they'll be added to the program for edit tracking at the same time. This worked pretty well for Art+Feminism this year.
Ragesoss added a comment to T190541: ACTRIAL on en.wiki does not make drafts show up as activity in the Project and Events Dashboard metrics.
@Mrjohncummings do you have an example from P&E Dashboard where this came up? I think the Dashboard can handle this smoothly, but if there are cases where you got unexpected results then I can look into it.

It sounds like the Mediainfo extension may be ready by about May, which is just in time for Outreachy. Depending on it's capabilities, we may want to add features to both a) pull media info from Commons, and b) push semantic info — classifying and categorizing images, for example — to Commons via this new extension. cc @Keegan @MarkTraceur

I'm not clear about what purpose the gerrit projects were supposed to serve (although I might have requested them at one point, and forgot the reason). @Vojtech.dostal if you are *only* interested in assigned articles, you can change the program type to 'Article Scoped Program'. Then, the only edited articles that will show up and count for statistics will be ones that are assigned. With that option, you can also assign entire categories, so that any article in that category would get counted.
@Sandeshghanta that is correct. This is probably not a good issue to take on as a newcomer, though, because the EducationProgram extension is being phased out in the coming months.
