We don't use separate banners for mobile, but we use the CN banner that Seddon has created. Therefore I think that this issues has been resolved.

The Categorie:Proefgelezen and Categorie:Gecontroleerd are now empty, so the purges have worked. Thank you for that!
There may be some other categories that show pages while after a nulledit they would be out of there, but where this is the case I have no clear view on.
For the short term this issue is solved for the two categories.

One of the major things that bother new contributors is the complex navigation, especially with other wikis within the Wikimedia ecosphere as well as with tools. In many other platforms (other than Wikimedia) everything is integrated, in Wikimedia it is left to the users to deal with it (like upstairs does not care). Within Wikimedia it has been chosen to use external websites (external = outside that specific wiki, but within Wikimedia ecosphere), but then Wikimedia should still make sure the tools are integrated and made easy to use for local users. That is in general, but for the Wikimedia Outreach Dashboard it is even more important, as this tool is often used by new users, which already have to navigate through the maze of the platforms, for them it is extra important that this tool is smoothly integrated in the wiki infrastructure.

Basically there are two groups of reports in each TMIG. One are the country/region specific reports and the other the ones that are not. If the Content partnership project is a country specific report, it can be put in for example the Sweden report. If it is not a country specific report, then there are two possibilities:
- If it is just a single report in this issue, it is recommended to use the option of Special story. -> The special story has its own box in the newsroom to start quickly editing.
- If this subject is expected to be a regular returning subject, for example every month or every three months, it can have its own report page. -> Change in the box the word "Country" by the name of the report you want to use from now on: https://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/GLAM/Newsletter/Newsroom#New

Supporting substitution is a new requirement, so it’s not needed in the first iteration, but it would be necessary in the (preferably near) future to support translating the newsletter efficiently (avoid translating the same sentences again and again).
I am using MassMessage about 25 times a year for sending out the This Month in GLAM and This Month in Education newsletters, as well as sometimes a different message. I do not use the "Page to be sent as a message" function (nor I am expecting to use it), but I can understand why the Tech News would like to have this functionality.

What is more likely is that the domain name wikiloveslove.org is registered by a Wikimedia chapter for the WLL team with an email address.
Requesting an email address from WMF? I am not sure if they would do such a thing. So far I know only WMF staff have email addresses with @Wikimedia.org

In the past 48 hours:
- Multiple users report on nlwikinews that pings to user names do not work.
- On Outreach wiki my user rights changed, no notification received.
On the Dutch Wikinews (nlwikinews) multiple users report that the ping functionality does not work. This problem seems to occur for about less than a week.

The namespace has been changed, however on Wikidata this change has not been fully effective yet. Meaning that there are still a lot of pages in Wikidata starting with Wikinews:

That is quite a lot and we definitely need to get this number down. At the same time the number on the main page is incorrect and several times I had to correct people about it and had people complain to me about it.
So: Let's change it. Redirects should still not be counted but items without statements should be counted.

A next step too can be adding these monuments to Wikidata. I would then advise to use the lists on Wikipedia, as I had to correct the database for a lot of monuments. Or I add the monuments myself to Wikidata based on the modified data I now have.
Tables now have been made on Wikipedia:
PS:
The deleting user provides insufficient reasonging in the deletion summary.
The deletion user/anyone has not commented on the talk page of the creator of these lists what is wrong. On the talk page of the deleting user is no message about this subject. The delting user is not commenting anywhere on a deletion request for these lists. And these lists are not linekd from anywhere, also not from a deletion request.
The next step is to get to know why these lists have been deleted, as the edit summary is insuffient information:
