The hide-if statement of reason field is commented out as we can't figure out how to hide it if gfw is empty. We would like assistance to set up that parameter.

The old images were replaced by codex mixin in T351681. The codex icon is cdxIconDownTriangle which does not really have rtl version. It was rotated to face right unconditionally. So the rotation needs to be based on the doc direction since codex will not vary the icon itself.

My approach in the uncommitted change was to convert the user-provided offset to DB timestamp and proceed if it works, otherwsise return no result (as does MySQL currently).
