Hi! I am another admin of Albanian Wikipedia! We have planned to organize a variety of Wikipedia related projects and we thought that a mailing list would be helpful to discuss about those projects. I tried it on sq.wikipedia, but as you can see from the images, the problem is present in several Wikipedias.

I also tried copying the content of MediaWiki:Sitenotice to MediaWiki:Anonnotice, but it didn't change anything.

Unfortunately, that's all the information I have. I just saw it and asked my friends if they had the same problem, and they all said yes.
