Tegel added a comment to T114208: User skin preference for MonoBook changed to default (Vector) on small and medium wikis (about 95% of wikis).

It happen to me as well on all the smaller wikis that I have checked so far.
On the larger wikis as en.wiki, sv.wiki and Commons it's still OK.
