Added padding, checked in dev branch and made pull request to Master

I looked into the documentation for this because I didn't think glyphicons were using javascript. I also turned off javascript in my browser and the icons still work. It is possible they aren't loading for a different reason.

@jsn.sherman I've been looking into the glyphicon issue because I didn't think it required javascript to pull these css classes. I know that we cannot use javascript for the project. I turned off javascript in my browser and can still see the glyphicons. Is it possible something else in your browser is keeping these from loading?

I removed the read more link at the bottom of the activity page. It wasn't supposed to be there. It didn't seem to make sense that read more activity would lead to statistics. I can add it back if anyone disagrees. (code on local dev branch)
