@Urbanecm the (default) maximum number of cookies is 3000, so you have to increase that too through the network.cookie.maxNumberpreference.

I'm pretty confident that this issue is about exceeding the (default) 150 cookies per host limit of Firefox (Chromium's limit is 180).
