Kim_Bruning added a comment to T96828: Backport support for phpunit.phar, composer to 1.23.* LTS.

When reviewing diffs: most/all changes to phpunit.php seem to have to do with the new distribution method for phpunit, just copying the entire file back to 1.23 seems to be a quick-and-dirty fix. Am I missing diffs in other files that may yet be important/handy?
