@matmarex Thanks for responding and sorry to @Aklapper for me not being patient, as you can see on T53736 that ticket has no activating from 2013 to 2015 so may have fixed and returned back but yes they are the same. But you can't simply close this ticket, I won't comment on old ticket, if that ticket was created after 2015 I would because I'm not sure if issue was existing between 2013 and 2015, but it's your guys call as long as somebody is trying to resolve the issue.

Correct but not one text per file, we can manage to categorize texts, but defiantly one rdf tag per file which are not readable by humans. btw writing a MediaWiki extension can fit all this should not be that hard than I thought, if no one else tried it by that time I probably will do it, I saw my other task related to MediaWiki is still open. :)
@JEumerus Let's talk about the technical issue first, then will talk about the allowing or not allowing.
@Aklapper Also I think it's related to WMF-Legal I heard people saying we won't allow non-commercial on our wikis because people will grab them for in their commercial uses although we have credited the license.
@Aklapper Variable licenses not licenses as page attribute, of course licenses as page attribute is a part of it but e.g. when you use a different license for a file page e.g. an image, should keep it in database and when use that file in other pages as well, the license of that file should also be listed in the credits section including rdf tags.

I actually fixed that long time ago, when no one paid attention, by running null edits all over the wiki, thanks anyways for running that command after 10 months when no one ever tried to help I really appreciate that, that problem happened with imported pages and I don't think it's fixed yet, I lost my hope on that wiki too, local editors use their own made writing script while none speakers can read that. Thanks again.

Other ethnologue prefixes are in core?
For the Wikimedia cluster, you should make this request at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Interwiki_map.
If you meant this as a proposed change to MediaWiki core, I would suggest it is not appropriate for such a generic interwiki list.

Wikijunior and Cookbook namespaces must be added to wgContentNamespaces as well.

category.py move function, only detects canonical category links not also localized ones, must be with pywikibot it self not category.py
@MarcoAurelio The common use of rollbacker, patroller and autopatrolled user groups, are with their default rights, so yes, autopatrolled user group with only autopatrol right, patroller user group with only patrol right and rollbacker user group with only rollback right, thanks.
@Liuxinyu970226, thanks for mentioning me,

@Nemo_bis I didn't. I was just asking why this ticket was closed without any clear reason, you stop please.
@hashar no, you need to keep discussion open, btw whatever, this is already closed by your power.
@hashar so you kept your thoughts in your mind and closed the ticket as invalid just because you think you are always right? btw say something new.
Since this ticket is closed as invalid out of reason, I'm gonna put another matters:
@hashar what happened?

Privacy issues are removed from the patch, please review again, thanks all.
abusefilter-hide-log and abusefilter-hidden-log are Oversight-level permissions which I don't think should be given to non-oversighters IMHO.
Hi. Please note that through Special:UserRights at meta we will not be able to assign rights that do not exist at meta, such as abusefilter or templateeditor or editinterface. We will have instead to assign ourselves local steward permissions at azbwiki, perform the change locally and then de-flag ourselves again. This method is not adviced, since it removes public oversight of our actions and split our activities in two different logs. We're suposed to perform those kind of right changes from Meta and be logged in a central location, so everything we do can be seen at one place. Would you please consider granting the ability to promote/demote from those groups to 'sysop' instead? However @Glaisher said this is not going to be possible, so I think we're in an impasse.

When you change direction, right will be left and left will be right, so if you have a left value in css, it's absolute and must be a right value instead, and I only seen this behavior in IE, see my trick:

oh, I found it: T107846, thanks for letting me know, then needs to enabled again.
Was it disabled by request?
For me? sure.
Even if this is done, it is unlikely that stewards will assign local bureaucrats to small wikis so it would be kind of pointless because you'd have to ask stewards to assign interface editors.
