This is kinda unclear now, as this task was made way back at the start of GSoC when my proposal got accepted. I'm unsure how this represents now a distinct unit of work rather than features better described in other tasks. It might be better to close this.

What's most annoying is that is CAN be possible for a graph to be invalid, yet not throw any errors in the console, so it's not like we can use a basic try/catch block to verify if a graph is valid or not :/
