I set those six lines to match the ones in that file, and I can now see the option to propose the OAuth consumer. Thank you @Tarrow!

"We" are @Andrawaag, @despens, myself, and other participants of the Federated Wikibase workshop in Antwerp, where we discussed this, but not in any great detail. The discussion at that link is exactly the kind of thing we'd hoped to discuss, but didn't get around to. I made this as a placeholder task early during the workshop day, but I wasn't able to fill it in more because we never actually settled on implementation. I don't really have any opinion on the implementation, and the idea to use skos:exactMatch was formulated by either @despens or @Andrawaag.

Made some progress on the Google Cloud Compute deployment; docker-compose was supposedly able to deploy to a new Google Cloud Compute instance. The instance was created, but isn't functioning as expected, so trying to figure out why.

Rhizome is happy to serve as "example data" but I would have to go figure out how we're currently getting the data out of Wikibase
Additional suggestion: an on/off toggle for WDQS to allow this to show up in UI autocomplete
