I think that Jarekt has expressed the position of most of the Wikidata contributors : facts can't be copyrighted. Do all international laws recognize this ? I don't know.

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Reading/Web/PDF_FunctionalityThe tldr: We are in the process of identifying a pdf renderer for our projects. Electron was chosen as a replacement for OCG but in roll out we discovered some fundamental issues - namely that the "Electron rendering service, is not capable of supporting PDFs of larger sizes and fails when attempting to render a book with multiple articles." (disclaimer: I wasn't involved in the initial building of Electron so I'm not sure of the details of why we didn't find that before)
As a result we are exploring Chromium as an alternative (T176627). Once we've worked out if that is feasible and will solve our problems, we'll take a look at all the Proton "tracking" column and see if they are still present in the new renderer. If they are, we'll retag them and investigate. We don't have many developers working on this project so we think this is the most effective way to work.
Hope that makes sense?

*On the line "vous pouvez essayer la version V2.0, disponible sur le site tools.wmflabs.org/catscan2/catscan2.php?interface_language=fr.", the words "site" and "tools" aren't separated
*On the line "Vous devez entrer un seul nom de catégorie par ligne", the letters "V" and "o" are merged.

I proposed the same thing on the French Village Pump 2 days ago, following sexists vandalisms on a woman user page : https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Le_Bistro/23_janvier_2017#Action_concr.C3.A8te_:_semi-prot.C3.A9ger_que_la_PU_ne_soit_modifiable_que_par_l.27utilisateur_ou_les_admins

There is about 100 000 infobox now using Wikidata entries on French Wikipedia and this issue seems to be the main one for the "I don't want Wikidata on Wikipedia" peoples : https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussion_Projet:Wikidata#Visibilit.C3.A9_des_modifications_de_Wikidata_dans_l.27historique_des_modifications_d.27une_page_Wikip.C3.A9dia
