Nice, I like the idea of adding a more permanent feedback option, as we have been talking about trying to move in that direction anyway (to start getting more feedback from newcomers who are actually using the homepage). I'm fine with either approach, with a slight preference for the Desktop header + Mobile end of summary modules design.

I addressed all remaining issues in T316834#8420377 (moving it to “Did not pass Design“ as well to avoid QA looking at this separately)

It looks the reassignment worked for some of their mentees, but not all of them: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A1%D0%BB%D1%83%D0%B6%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F:%D0%96%D1%83%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%8B/growthexperiments/Oleg3280. Should I reassign the remaining 9 manually?
Yes, that would be great! :)

Oleg3280 left the mentorship on his own (https://ru.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=126325003&oldid=126324910&title=MediaWiki:GrowthMentors.json), I don’t know what kind of mentees they are :(
Thanks for opening this, I'd like too to see superset upgraded.
We have a couple of SRE dashboards that when setting 3~4 filters hit the max URI lenght upstream bug that has been fixed in 1.5.
It would be also nice to have all the UI improvements for dashboards in that are present in that release.

Very interesting explanation: https://learncloudnative.com/blog/2022-09-08-ratelimit-istio
I have enabled query logging again (same commands as above), this time both on clouddb1003 (primary) and clouddb1004 (replica). I will leave query logging on for 24 hours to double check if there are any other users connecting to them.
That's a lot of patches. Here's a human-readable summary: (version 2, since I missed a few things)

okay sounds good perhaps we can cover all the details in T321377 ticket instead of creating new ticket.

I just updated the description with the winning banner of #14
@KBach: The last change looks like this for highlighted code in dark mode:
Note that since T323568, the plain text and wikitext formatters are capable of adding the calendar model, but don’t do it by default; it can be enabled by setting the showcalendar parser option to 'auto'. But I’m not sure if adding the ability for Lua clients to pass arbitrary parser options into the “format”/“render” methods is the best way to solve this.
ms-be2050 looks good to me now, thank you :)

Makes sense to stick with cloud, what about using cloud-cookbooks then, to avoid having the same cloud-cumin prefix for both cloud-cumin-xx.cloudinfra.eqiad1.wikimedia.cloud (Cloud VPS VMs) and cloud-cuminYYYY.eqiad.wmnet (Ganeti VMs)?
wdtn: for external identifiers is based on formatter URI for RDF resource (P1921), not formatter URL (P1630). LinkedIn organization ID has no formatter URI for RDF defined.
