Change 598150 had a related patch set uploaded (by DannyS712; owner: DannyS712):
[mediawiki/core@master] Add new WatchlistNotificationManager service
(Removing Phabricator and Wikimedia-GitHub as this would not require changes (in my understanding) in these areas if some bot used APIs of both systems)
- Chromium 81 on Fedora 32: Set "Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Javascript > Blocked".
- Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:POVFORK
- End up on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Content_forking#Point_of_view_(POV)_forks and in the right section is shown in Chromium.
Cannot reproduce.
I have the same issue with the uploaded image: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:S._S._Arunagirinathar.jpg. Please see: https://ta.wikipedia.org/s/f7t. Thank you.
Curious if passing Петр_и_павел.jpg (no whitespace) or %D0%9F%D0%B5%D1%82%D1%80_%D0%B8_%D0%BF%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%B5%D0%BB.jpg work.
Thanks @Miller_WMF - having different messages for FlaggedRevs sounds good. I do worry slightly that "your edit is being reviewed" may be not so encouraging or clear, esp. without any explanation who is reviewing it and why, hence the preference for the succinct and simple "saved" like on older editors.
I have problems with https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Baruch_Spinoza_-_Letter_in_Dutch_of_3_June_1665_-_Brief_van_3_juni_1665.png&redirect=no vs https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bestand:Baruch_Spinoza_-_Letter_in_Dutch_of_3_June_1665_-_Brief_van_3_juni_1665.png
See https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overleg:Baruch_Spinoza where it's shown as a red link. I purged the page on nlwiki (using the API Sandbox, which solved the issue for most pages), didn't help.

[mediawiki/extensions/Echo@master] UserClearNewTalkNotification: Only require a UserIdentity
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Romulo_Espaldon.jpg and https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Jolo_Citation_Romulo_Espaldon.jpg were both uploaded after the patch was deployed, but are still showing the bug:

The chrome browser has 3 settings for network throttling
(I didn't test with firefox because it kept freezing when I changed the throttle speeds)

[mediawiki/core@master] UserFactory v.1 - wrapper for User::newFrom* static methods
In T251443#6159826, @Krinkle wrote:@thiemowmde This seems fine at glance. Do you have and/or could you gather some basic data to see whether this has existing violations? They might help reveal use cases we've missed or unfortunate name clashes we haven't foreseen.
Also, for the initial version, perhaps only sniff for local variables named wg[A-Z] not all wg*. Specifcally so that e.g. wg, wg2, wgea remain acceptable for now.

I'd recommend option 2 as well. (Although by pushing a merge commit for review, not force-pushing directly).

- Coverage is about the overlap of information between Wiki Pages and Wikidata items. For example if a Wikidata item X about person contains information about: Nationality, Birthday, Birth Place, Eye colors (4 properties); and the corresponding Wikipedia Page just contain information information about Nationality, Birth Place (2 properties), we say the coverage of the Wiki Page is 2/4 (50%) respect to the Wikidata Item.
@kostajh -- I don't see anything additional, and I agree with @Etonkovidova and @RHo's comments. I'm putting this in Needs More Work since it sounds like there are a couple changes.
