- Currently I have not found how to modify this because I am not familiar with class LogFormatter. I would be glad if you tell me a hint or advice to hide the specific log item when some condition meets (i.e. on this bug, when the user doesn't have permission).

This happens because OutputPage::isRevisionCurrent() can incorrectly return false due to reading stale data from the replica. It also affects some other features not related to our talk page work – notably, when the bug occurs, the "Edit source" tab has an unnecessary &oldid=… parameter.

Tested on arwiki wmf.23 - the diff for a flagged revision is briefly shown when a page loads; it's more noticeable on mobile and on slow connection (see the gif below).

@fr-tech. I was looking at Kristie's recap of donor complaints about this topic. I had a thought about recurring around iDeal since most of the complaints surround iDeal in Kristie's examples: For iDeal, we do the initial transaction on iDeal and the subsequent transaction on direct debit. Does that have any bearing on this matter, i.e., it is unlike credit card and involves two distinct products. Should the initial transaction on iDeal always be one time and recurring reserved for the on going direct debit transactions? As a practice we should never actually send recurring on iDeal itself because it isn't supported. We are using direct debit to satisfy the recurring flow portion of this.

For what it's worth, the zoomed screen and search bar issue referenced above also happens on Firefox on mobile.
Umherirrender closed T243602: templatelinks table on Commons SQL database is not updating properly as Invalid.
The deletion of templatelinks is done via the job queue, because reparsing many pages takes some time. The counts are at 0 now.
matmarex closed T290112: The default mode for Reply tool is not consistent for logged out users on beta ko.wp as Declined.
It it using the visual mode on both pages now for me. I am going to blame beta cluster pixies, and say that this is not worth investigating further.
