I strongly disagree. If you actually search palestine on Wikipedia, you would see State of palesine is at top of the search results. Then why wouldn't search suggestions also reflect the order of normal search results. Clearly this is a bug in search suggestion results.

The move is not done. The issue long existed before it. We are trying to fix it by moving the page. But not sure we will get consensus
