This is part of a global RFC and especially it's talk page.
Since you are a steward, maybe you can close that RFC yourself. Then we can decide if we should do this one by one or all together. Even if a steward (Meta admin?) closes that RFC unsuccessfully, about 17 projects have agreed to enable that extension, and I think it's more time efficient if we do that all together.
That being said, if you still want to go ahead with the uzwiki patch, feel free to do so and I will take care of the rest of the work.
I will do this along with a bunch of other wikis soon

Dear @Aklapper, @Amire80 just removed me as the assignee of this task based on his assumptions. Can people just do that? Does he have the authority to do that? I don't understand his remarks and I'm rather upset by his rude behavior.

@Amire80 Could you please say why you removed me as the assignee of this task? I was the person who asked CJLippert to leave a comment here.

This is not resolved yet, as these changes should be reverted in a week. I will close this task myself when I'm done.

Definitely @Sureshkhole, I will be happy to help.

Please can you keep the discussions here on this Phabricator ticket rather than on IRC?
I don't understand you. What do you mean? You can respond in Farsi.

Read Code of Conduct please and keep calm.

Russian Wikipedia is a problematic project itself and should not be looked upon as a role model at all. I reckon Farsi Wikipedia interface admins are wise enough not to change the logo by editing MediaWiki:Common.css, otherwise there may be ArbCom cases against them, because as previously said, this is a highly controversial topic at Farsi Wikipedia. I advise system admins to just decline this request.
This request should be declined, I believe. Please see https://email@example.com/thread/G7YOWGDDQCD3VCMXJ2JXM6ODZVNK7IHA/ for more information. Wikimedia projects should not change their logo for festivals or occasions such as Nowruz.

While I believe at least one full week should pass, I think we can make an exception this time and wait only until Thursday, the last day in this week which deployment is still possible. Otherwise we should wait until the next Monday.

I still see no consensus there. Pseudacorus has raised the issue yesterday at the Village Pump and the community has been almost silent. Being silent is no problem per se, but a reasonable amount of time, such as two weeks, should pass, so that we can make sure no one opposes.

@Base, I'm not opposed with changing the language of votewiki. Of course, you can do that, but I think that creates a bad precedent. Please note that the voting itself (questions and options) will be in Cyrillic in an case. The only thing which is under question is just some boring sidebar and such. Please see https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:2017_Persian_Wikipedia_Arbitration_Committee_Elections.png which shows a Persian Wikipedia elections in an LTR environment. If Persian can do that, Ukrainian should be definitely able to do that since Ukrainian, unlike Persian, has no conflicts at all with English. As you noted above, both of them are LTR.

English Wikipedia uses an extension called Extension:ArticleCreationWorkflow. I'm not sure if that extension can be enabled for other projects. It may need localization, for example.

Just note that I didn't put that sentence in quotation marks, but italicized it instead, the same as the original message, because Jenkins bot was spitting out some error message. That probably could be resolved by some easy trick, but was not worthy of more investigation, I believe.

Not resolved yet.
I'll do it in the first open B&C window which is Monday.

@TheAafi, please confirm that admins should be able to add and remove users to and from patroller usergroup. Otherwise, only 'crats will be able to do that.
@Superyetkin, you have removed yourself as the assignee of this task. Considering the Lucas_Werkmeister_WMDE's comment above, are you still interested in getting your change deployed? If not, I can get it deployed too. Thanks
@Maurusian, I will remove my -1 vote for now. There is a backport and config window open in less than 1 hour (exactly 12:00 UTC). Do NOT wait for someone to review your change. You should schedule this change yourself. Please see https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Deployments&oldid=1947918#Thursday,_February_10
@Maurusian, Do you want these changes only for Moroccan Darija Wikipedia or other projects as well, such as Moroccan Darija Wikibooks (if any) and even Moroccan Darija wikis out of WMF?
