@prabhat found that several emails were sent from our system but the customer did not receive them. Seems to be something on the customer's end. They've been notified.

Thanks for making this ticket, @HShaikh. To clarify my particular need in this for other engineers, we have three customer support levels that are based on factors not necessarily connected to feature sets. So no matter the feature set a customer gets, they need to see the correct customer support offering on their dashboard.
