Is this OK? In case you don't know how fallbacks work, it's basically that if no translation of a message exists in Tooro, it will display the message in Nyoro instead, and if it doesn't exist in Nyoro, show it in Nkore, and then Luganda, and then finally English.

I see that you've selected Nkore as a language that you know when you were creating the account. This language is already fully supported in MediaWiki thanks to the work of another volunteer a couple of years ago.

From what I can read online, I see that Tooro and Nyoro are closely related to Nkore. Should they be defined separately, or are they close enough to Nkore that it can cover all of them?
